SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our Service Department caters for all caravan and camper related services including scheduled maintenance for all brands, insurance quotes and insurance repairs, solar installation, Alko electronic stability control (ESC), annexe installations, awning replacements, tank installations, 12v accessory fitting, heater installations, reversing camera installations, pole carriers, stone guards, major appliance replacements, air conditioning installation, re-sealing, brake and bearing replacements, Clearview mirror installations, and full car brake controller wiring including Anderson plugs and reverse cameras. If we haven’t listed it here, just ask and our guys can more than likely do the job.

SPARE PARTS

In our Spare Parts and Accessories shop we stock Jayco Genuine Spare Parts as well as spare parts and accessories from major suppliers such as Dometic, Thetford, Camec, Alko, Aussie Traveller and Coast to Coast.  Other popular brands of accessories we stock include Redarc, Clearview, Hayman Reese, Alko, Sphere, Eaz Lift, Winegard, Hyland, Trigg, DO35, Sirocco, Fusion, Cgear floor matting, and Trail-a-mate hydraulic jacks. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

 

Here at Jayco Mackay we have always maintained strict hygiene and cleaning practices. It is part of our routine for the safety of our customers and staff.

We will remain open during normal trading times; however, we will be taking additional health precautions, and have put in place additional cleaning and disinfecting of all areas and surfaces that customers, visitors and staff come into contact with.

We have also implemented additional measures which include restricting one person to enter inside a caravan at any one time.

We are following the governments advice of ‘physical distancing’.

We are monitoring cases of COVID-19 in Mackay in the event we need to take further action.

If you feel unwell, we ask that you make contact via phone and we ask customers to not enter our premises.
